the Listing Agreement

Why Does the MLS, Association of Realtors want their agents to have a listing?

I mean, I get having a listing so that all the Realtors in the MLS can see it and try and sell it, and if your MLS subscribes (pays NAR more Money) the listings go on Realtor.com , and the Public can then see a limited version of the listing.
Being in the MLS also puts the Seller in the IDX program whereby ALL Realtors Can Put the Sellers real estate for sale on their website and look for a buyer.

I don’t believe IDX is in the Best interest of the Seller. It just creates a HUGE database that buyers get lost in. IDX enables ALL Realtors that are members of your particular MLS, Association of Realtors, to Use Your Real Estate as “Bait” to find a Buyer and most of the time they sell them something else, oftentimes properties that are not even listed so they can get both sides of the Deal. I Don’t Believe IDX is good for the Real Estate Sellers.

So, What is the Purpose of a Real Estate Listing Agreement?

As a Real Estate Broker Owner, Ex-Realtor My Opinion is that a Listing is to write down a whole bunch of jargon to Protect the Realtor from the Seller should their be ANY future action.
And to Ensure, Lock in Protect the Realtor’s Commission.

Really if No Other Party Requires, checks, verifies
or looks at a Listing then what other purpose could there possibly be?

The Listing agreement provides no real future support of proof in the event that a Seller or a Buyer goes into a Legal Case, Lawsuit, or Commission Dispute.

Yes it says the Seller agrees to pay a certain commission. But what obligations does it require of the Realtor to The Seller, none really. The Realtor, Broker Gets to Stay in Charge of their own business but the Seller HAS to Give their control over their business (real estate and financial matters) to the Realtor and If they want out of the Selling Contract or Buyers Contract the THEY are made to pay the commission any way.

The Realtor can really cancel the Listing at any time for any reason – Really. They say it is Mutual Agreement but come on, if I Don’t want a Real Estate Listing I don’t KEEP it… Simply as that. But the Listing Contract somehow obligates the Seller to Stay Listed for the “term of the contract” whether they are happy – satisfied or not.

The Purpose of a Listing agreement is to Make a Seller feel Obligated to the Realtor. And Keep using a Realtor Somehow Relevant.

Other wise a Verbal Listing would be in order.

I don’t want my Seller to be “obligated” to me. If my Seller likes my marketing methods and likes the way I treat them and wants to have me Keep looking for a buyer than so be it. And if the Seller is NOT happy for ANY reason then the Seller should be able to QUIT, cancel their Real Estate Listing.

Some Realtors use a listing as some sort of control over the person they talked into listing with them. And whether they are active trying to sell your listing or not they still get paid, Why?

Some Realtors work very hard to get the listing.

They tell the Seller all kinds of things they will do, such as certain marketing techniques, promises of good communication, and more. Yet if after you, the Real Estate Consumer Signs the Real Estate Contract, then you are stuck. You have no real recourse if the agent does not do what they said they would to get the listing.

If you want to CANCEL You have to PAY.

If the Realtor does not perform for ANY reason, the Seller is “under contract’ and they have to Stay That way or Else pay the commission in full to cancel. To me this is Strong Arming the Real Estate Consumer and is in No Way what is best for the Consumer.

You have to Pay the Realtor whether they did a good job or not. You have to pay the Realtor whether they “actively worked” to sell your listing or whether they just took the listing and waiting for a Buyer to Find them or another broker to sell it.

If you get a Buyer and you are a “Realtor”, you have to quickly fill out a listing in order to allow Realtors to act as Attorneys without a License. The Realtor then Enters this listing into the MLS and 30-60-90 days later when the listing closes it becomes SOLD Comps for Realtors and Appraiser to Show to Lenders to Prove or Validate a Loan Value.

Why does NAR want there to be a listing, even if a Buyers Agent finds a FSBO or the Buyer and Seller Walk in?

To make it “look like” an Arms Length transaction maybe? So that it is a Valid Verification tool within the lending institution?

Maybe it is to make it look like Realtors, Broker have the Legal Right to Sell / to write up the contract – and still not be a real estate attorney.

A Real Estate Attorney goes to school for a long time and
they still Do Not Know the law, when they get a potential case
they research the laws that apply to that case just like
I would as a Blogger and an independent thinker.
They don’t automatically know which law to go for or which law really applies to the case they are considering taking on. Now a Realtor, a Real Estate Agent goes to school for One Week and they certainly do NOT know contract law or what is needed to protect “their client” in a real estate transaction.

Maybe it is so that the Listing can be used as a Comp or some sort of Evalution tool because if it is in the MLS it is supposedly marketed and an “ARMs” length transaction. This is what the Appraiser NEED to believe, but really it was NOT such a transaction.

I have Seen Sellers go to closing with a Sales Agreement they have found on the Internet, that had No Legal Description, No Disclosure, No Radon or Lead information, and No Buyers Signature and the Title Company Brings it to a Close.

So why these detail filled elaborate buy sell agreements and Listing Agreements?

ONE main reason is to Protect the Realtors from the Real Estate Consumer. The consumer does not really read and understand the contract, they mostly just sign and assume that the Realtor is going to Protect them. This is VERY far from the Truth yet Consumers still believe. The “fine” print is in place to make darn sure that the Seller does not come up with anything that the Realtor did wrong. We don’t want the Realtor to be liable for anything they say or don’t say.

The Listing Agreements that are in place are
not really consumer friendly nor
do they provide consumer protection, in my opinion.

The Listing agreement is Not Seen by the Buyer
or the Title Company and really only seem to be a record
for the Broker to Prove that the Seller Owes them
a Paycheck should they or any other agent bring them a buyer.

They seem to have all these details, …
That don’t really say anything

KEEP Realtor from Being "Public" - Why ?

They Say..."many REALTORS® don't realize the importance of protecting the trademark. If we don't protect it and it becomes "public" it will lose all its meaning. "

This in Regard to Protecting the Trademark, THEY don't want you to call them a Realtor - but they - the troops in the field most ALL call themselves Realtor.

They don't Want the WORD realtor to become "Public" domain - this is Scary - Controling - and shows the Mind Set of the National Association of Realtors in My Opinion.

This goes Right along with the Association of Realtors NOT wanting you, the General Public to ACCESS what THEY call "Their" database when it was your Credit, Your Hard Work, your money - blood, sweat and tears that Created the Data Base THEY think that they Own.

Not wanting a Word to Be Public Domain, Public Property should be against every Law of the Land in EVERY way. What if Someone Who Invents, started a Club and called it "Inventor®" and made you pay to join, then everything you invented calling yourself an Inventor you would answer to them the all knowing power who trade marked the Name.. Realtor - SHOULD not have been allowed to be trademarked in the first place.

What about Professor - what if that was Trademarked?

What if You wanted to be a "Supervisor" you had to Join a club and be a member to access the job and you could not call yourself a "Supervisor®" without a trademark on it. the letters "OR" on the end of a word and Scared it will be public, seems to me like the Realtors® are Scraping and Crawling to hold on to "their" Profession that your NOT allowed to call a profession.

Bogus...AppraisOR - CounselOR - DirectOR - CoordinatOR - SeniOR - AdministratOR - InspectOR

It is a GOOD thing that "Realtor" did not get to Trademark to OR names as well and keep them from being PUBLIC... What a Racket...

Realtor®S Label themselves on Websites and in ads everyWHERE - not as Real Estate Agents, NOT as Salespeople or Real Estate Brokers but AS Realtor®... Yet NAR says the WORD Realtor® is NOT to be used as a synonym to a profession but THOUSANDS of Ads... thousand of website have Real Estate Agents - Brokers using Realtor® IN Place of "real estate agent" and Yet NAR Does Nothing about that but they want me to Sugar Coat www.SavvyBroker.com

The Department of JUSTICE should STOP the Blatan- Rampant Disgrace and Consumer Attack that the Association of Realtors and it's army of Realtors is Doing to Innocent Real Estate Consumers Every Single Day.... STOP the Goliath - the National Association of Realtors - THEY are a Billion Dollar Industry that is Making Money from Consumer Data on Websites, Not policing their own industry (yet not to be confused with a Profession"), money from Accreditations that Mean Absolutely NOTHING to the real estate consumer, money for technology to Realtors that real just makes NAR money and Does not Help YOUR Realtor actually get Internet Marketing.

NAR does not want your REALTOR to compete with them so they teach them Internet Marketing that leads to Mega-Sites that they own ALL or part interest in and on Meg Sites - Your Real Estate for Sale in your Specific town - in Your Specific State Gets Lost... NAR is NOT intended to operate for the best interest of the Public.

Anti-Trust Confessions....

Anti-Trust Issues, Antitrust Laws, Fixed Commission

Independent Commission Setting ?

We are supposed to say we price our services independently. If you believe that, I have a bridge I will sell you.I tried to lower my commissions in the very beginning to assist the consumer. I tried to give my buyers Cash back in my sellers a cheaper commission. But all the other Local Realtors went against me, boycotted my listings, told people bad things about my listings and bad things about me.

They basically turned consumers and clients against me. I still did quite well with real estate, however, without any consumer protection in the real estate industry. I find that if you don't want to actively participate in hurting consumers and there is no way for me to protect them or make them whole when a Realtor lies so bad that they lose everything, that you cannot really continue to make a living at real estate.

You must resign yourself to looking the other way or you will never make it as a Realtor.I want to Protect YOU, the Real Estate Consumer. I have always wanted that and strived for that. Yet within the Realtors Cartel I found it really impossible.

I continue to try and protect the Real Estate Consumer even though I am not a Member of the National Association Of Realtors ANY more.I won't go away quietly.

I will EXPOSE the Realtors Conspiracy, Price Fixing, Lies, Misinformation, Bogus Codes of Ethics and SEVERE lack of consumer protection.I could simply quit real estate and say this is not for me and get into another line of work.

But I am not that kind of gal. I will not walk away from the real estate industry.I got my broker owner's license very fast. I got this license after one year of being a Sales Agent. And I won't walk away as if I was not a success.

I was a success, and I still am a success. But I want you to know, sincerely, and with the highest of honesty and integrity that you are not protected by the real estate industry and that the federal government, the local government, the local MLS, the National Association of Realtors, Appraisers, Surveyors and the tax man CANNOT protect you.

Realtors Absolutely DO Violate Anti-Trust Laws
Every Single Day.. Just Because the National Association of Realtor
says that Realtors Do NOT Violate Anti-Trust Laws and say
that All Realtors aspire to a level of cooperation and not Collution
Does Not Make it True..
When the Armies of Realtors wrote in to the Department
of Justice to Defend the National Association of Realtors stance
on the supposed fact that they are Not in Collusion, Conspiracy
or acting in a way that is All the Same - to justify the spirit of competition an differences among Realtors these letters, so funny, ODDLY, but True
We a Form Letter, ALL the Same Letter signed by Different Realtors...
Too Funny... Conspiracy - I Think So
Collusion - I think SO...

None of these folks are looking out for the real estate consumer.
And I want to help you to be able to look out for you.

Confessions of a Realtor

Folks as you know I have a Website www.SavvyBroker.com and I am EXPOSING the Real Estate Industry... Below is an Email from the National Association of Realtors telling me to STOP... a few years back the Association of Realtors ( at that time I was still a member of the NAR) they told me to STOP using Realtor in my Domain name, I have names like HorseRealtor, MontanaRealtor and several others. At the time I pointed out many, many other websites that had the name Realtor in the Domain Name.

We will have lots more on those emails and what tactics NAR uses to control it's agents and they follow like sheep.. they have no choice.. Stay Tuned.

I have Read Indepth Real Estate Broker Law Books and they talk about "Realtor "in place of the Words Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Agent, yet the Association of Realtors tells me that "the term REALTORS is only a membership mark, not a synonym for real estate agents/brokers/salespersons and should never be used to describe a profession. "

That is a Flat Out Lie and May be put on my other New Site www.FlatOutLie.net

We will SOON have Law Quotes from One of Those Books to Educate the Assocation of Realtors, though MOST all Realtors do not read Real Estate Law.

Many Websites, Lawbooks, Articles and more use the term 'Realtor' synonymous with Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Broker.. that's the Truth.. Yet a Website Exposing the Association of Realtors Will Not Allow this? Hmmmm..

The Woman who emailed me is Mary Newill, Trademark Administrator.

This Same Women was the one who emailed me 3 years - and yet they have done NOTHING about the Sites in Violation that I told them of 3 years ago - they target me - ...

I have Freedom of Speech Rights - Don't I - Am I not allowed to tell you the Truth about the Realtors.... Why? Trademark Violation... What?

Though they CLAIM they "appreciate" me letting them know and though I lost thousands of dollars and hundreds or hours of work by letting my "Realtor" domain names go, they Still Allow others to use Realtor in their Domain Name, so Either they cannot do anything about it or they simply Will Not do anything about it.

The Association of Realtors Lets Registrars like Godaddy.com, Network Solutions and Many, Many more Registrars Realtor Domain names, go ahead, you could Do it Today, and those same registrars encourage you to buy more and give ideas and examples of more to buy. And The National Association of Realtor Either Cannot or Will Not do anything.

But they target me because they Do Not want me telling you the Truth about the real estate industry at www.SavvyBroker.com - though "Realtor" is not in the Domain Name they have found another reason to attempt to Shut me up. So I am Not Allowed to Talk about Realtors? Hmmm...

When I was a member I was not allowed to use Realtor in a Domain name.

I Quit the National Association of Realtor because of many reasons, the Biggest being the NAR provides no Consumer Protection in Real Estate. I CAN Prove It.

They can say what they want, they can run as many ads as they want and it will not make the Truth any Different than it is. My Goal is to Educate the Real Estate Consumer on the "Tactics" the National Association of Realtors uses The National Association of Realtors and their lack of policing their own "profession" - industry is in large part the reason for the Economic Collapse - My Opinion - Yes- But I have many, many Stories to Back this opinion up.

Such as connections between Realtors, Mortgage Brokers and Appraisers, such as Anti-Trust Violations, MLS Data that is Not Policed for Quality control on the accuracy of the information, Realtor being "Self Governed", Ethics NOT being Law, REALTORS having more money than those who work at the State Real Estate commission and therefore afford attorneys to Get the Laws they want, Sellers Carry Backs - Selling Bonuses adding to Purchase Prices and Much - Much More - Do Not EVER Believe anyone - that tells you that the National Association of Realtors is Out to Protect the Real Estate Consumer, This is NOT True, the NAR is out to make BIG Money at Your Expense...

Subscribe to My Blog at www.SavvyBroker.com AND Find out what THEY don't want you to know as well as learn things to Really Protect yourself in your Real Estate Transaction. The Only Protection you have is KNOWLEDGE and you CAN find it at http://www.savvybroker.com/ when you Subscribe to My Real Estate Whistleblower Blog...

The Email sent to me by NAR also CLAIMS that joining Realtor is Voluntary, NOT TRUE.. you do not have ACCESS to Data and are Limited and Boycotted by Realtors.... if you are not a member so it is not really True that Joining is Voluntary if you want to Succeed.

So Again, Flat Out Lie.

If you DO NOT join than your business is crippled... Mary Newill says that it is Voluntary to JOIN, yet if you are a Sales Agent or a Broker Associate, and Most are, it is NOT Voluntary, the Broker decides and there are few Brokers... Broker Owners decide ... and if they don't join it is impossible to participate in the "Realtor" professsion.

The National Association of Realtors love to send out memos and Letters on various topics that say this "MAY" be in violation of your state laws. Do they do this because they don't really know, don't get Internet or Blogging Laws, or are they trying to use Scare Tactics.

I remember a Montana Association of Realtors Letter that said that "Buyers Rebate" "May" violate state law, and that it "may" be considered "Mortgage Fraud" ( I will Post that Letter at a later date on http://www.crystallcox.com/ .

A couple of months later the Department of Justice Sued the State of Montana and NOW buyers rebates are Legal as they always Should have been. the NAR Does not Want the Real Estate Consumer to Win - I CAN and I Will Prove it...We DO give a Buyers Rebate however, 99% of Montana Realtors Do Not. .... Ask Why?So there are thousands of Blogs, News Sites, Article Websites and Video that Talk about "Realtor" but the Association Wants to Shut me Up.. Wait til' they see what I really say in "Confessions of a Realtor" I know the Truth about the Association of Realtors and They want to Shut me up.

Below is the Email from Mary Newill, go to www.CrystallCox.com for other emails to and From Mary and Examples of other "Violators" that the NAR Does Nothing About while they are busy attacking me, and Stay Tuned on YouTube.com for Videos about this Topic....

"As the trademark administrator in the Legal Affairs Division of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, the website savvybroker.com was recently brought to my attention for its use of the REALTOR Marks.

Upon review, I note that you are using the Marks in an incorrect context on this website and in the name of a blog, "Confessions of a REALTOR." The terms REALTOR, REALTORS, and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE, as well as the REALTOR block "R" logo are federally registered collective membership marks. As such, these marks may only be used to identify members of the local Board and the National Association.

I note that you are listed as an inactive Member at this time and therefore, are no longer licensed to use our marks. Your use of our Marks in the name of your blog "Confessions of a Realtor," because you are not a Realtor is misleading and may be a violation of the real estate license laws of your state.

It appears that you are complaining about the real estate industry in general not just our Members on this website. As not all real estate licensees are our Members and therefore should not be referred to as REALTORS, we request that you remove these incorrect context references of the membership marks and substitute an appropriate job title on this website.

As you may recall, the term REALTORS is only a membership mark, not a synonym for real estate agents/brokers/salespersons and should never be used to describe a profession. Ms. Cox, I remember writing to you in 2005 regarding some domain names that were using the Marks incorrectly. I recall that you reviewed the Manual and sent me many emails asking questions to understand the rules.

I remember being very happy when you did agree to comply with the rules. It saddens me very much to see how unhappy you are with the real estate profession. Membership in the Board of REALTORS is entirely voluntary and while we hope you will rejoin the Board, we respect your right to choose not to do so.

However, at the same time, we must ask you to respect our rights in the marks we use to identify individuals as members.

Accordingly, we hereby request that you immediately take steps to modify your blog page so as to discontinue your use of the REALTOR marks except in reference to individuals as Members. Please provide us with written assurance that you have reviewed your website and made the necessary changes to your use of the REALTOR marks ."

SO when I was a member it was Wrong, and now that I am NOT a member they are still harassing me.... They tell me to Stop Talking about Realtor.. They sure do Pick and Choose WHO they attempt to Shut Down - Why - Is it Because I Know the truth about the Real Estate Industry?

Stay Tuned Folks, this is My Job.. Exposing the Truth about the National Association is my Full Time Job. Go To www.SavvyBroker.com and Subscribe to My Real Estate Blog to uncover the Truth about the Real Estate Cartel "Realtor" .

I am a Real Estate Whistleblower, We will Soon Post "Whistleblower" information. I am an "Industry Insider" out to Protect the Real Estate Consumer and the Realtors (Mary Newell) and the Association of Realtors Will NOT allow you, the Real Estate Consumer to Know the Truth.

Email your "Realtor" story to Crystal@SavvyBroker.com - We Don't Want to Make Mary Sad... But You the Real Estate Consumer is Paying the Price for her and the Entire Association of Realtors to Be Happy.

Mary Newill sends different emails for different reasons to different people, I am in a Unique position to have been Strong Armed by Mary Newill and the National Association of Realtors as a Member of the Association of Realtors and Now as a Non-Member of the NAR.

Mary Newell SAYS in the above email that "Confessions of a Realtor" As My Blog title is Mis-Leading Because I am NOT a Realtor.

BULL, this Blog, my stories are Confessions of a Realtor... from When I was a Realtor... I quit the NATIONAL association So that I COULD tell you more.. Did Mary STOP the Book Confessions of a Realtor... I guess that is NOT misleading because the Author is Still a Member of the Association of Realtors and that is Why She is telling you NOTHING, and basically just quoting NAR forms, ethics and other jokes....
One MORE note on this Mis-Leading Thing..
I STATE Boldly on the Page that I am NO LONGER

Misleading.... NAR is Mis-Leading YOU..

Think for Yourself Folks and Don't Blindly Follow
the NAR or ANY Realtor for ANY Reason...

Stop the Realtor Cartel from Crushing the Real Estate Consumer.... YOU....

Realtors Get You More Money ~ NOT

http://www.SavvyBroker.com There is No Consumer Protection in Real Estate.

Realtors Cannot Get your MORE money for your Real Estate, it is simply NOT True.

It is Said That a Realtor Can Get you More Money. It is said that if a Real Estate Agent is not a Member of the National Association of Realtors that they do not have their high standards and simply will NOT do as good a job. This stuff is NOT true .... A real estate agent is either honest or not, either wants to do right by the consumer or not. Whether they are a not so exclusive "member" of the Association of Realtors or NOT is simply irrelevent. This magic "label" does not automatically instill honesty in someone.

They say Realtors abide by Ethics and that if they do not than the association fines them, repramands them or finds some way to STOP this behavior... NOT True... Many things factor in to whether the local "Realtor Association" actually calls a person on their unethical behavior. Things like what committee they are on in the community or among the "boards" of the Realtors, is the Realtor "dreamy", how much money do they have, do they own or run a franchise, is the Association afraid of "their" attorney, and all kinds of Irrelevant factors play on the decision to actually make a Realtor abide by the Ethics.

The Association of Realtors is "Self Governed" another words NO ONE is Watching, looking, listening, auditing or Really Even cares what they are up to. There will be people who say they do audit, they do care, and claims that Realtors are held to a higher standard. All of this is Propaganda to Make You, the Real Estate Consumer think that you need a Realtor to Sell your home. However, in the Real World of Real Estate, and as a Real Estate Broker Own - I can Certainly Tell you that the Truth is NO one Cares what happens to the Real Estate Consumer and No One can Really Protect you. There is NO real estate insurance to protect the real estate consumer and Realtors are simply NOT trained in what you the real estate consumer NEED them to know. So your Best avenue of understand, protecting your assets and your family and having a real estate transaction that really does benefit you is Knowledge. You can Find Out the Truth about the Real Estate Industry at www.SavvyBroker.com where you can subscribe to My Members only real estate confessions and secret tips blog. This is Your Real Estate Consumer Protection - The Truth....

"Silent Fraud"

Another Reason of Why in the world Use a Member of the National Association of Realtors in order to close your real estate transaction. Realtors have something they call "Silent Fraud". Some State Laws actually " Do NOT Require a Realtor to Disclose Defects know to them to a perspective purchaser".
Real Estate Fraud
Check out this "Realtor" Article.
This article even talks about a Township, where the Seller apparently had NO DUTY
to tell a potential buyer that the home they were buying had been deemed uninhabitable by the Township. Then the Court of Appeals reversed the decision and said that it was a latent defect.
The Real Estate Industry is a MESS and Realtors are at the Top of the Heap.
Real Estate Confessions
So apparently there is laws on the books that really say a Realtor can pretty much Cheat a Real Estate Consumer Legally, No Problem.
confessions of a realtor
Which seems Fine to me, I mean the State of My Primary License has Laws on the Books that say flat out that a Realtor must disclose known problems, Adverse Material Facts. But the Realtor Does Not Disclose and is Not Made to Pay, Why?
If the Realtor Does not really believe it is an Adverse Material Fact,
So that Elephant in the Room Really is not there.
Realtors MUST avoid "misrepresentation", The Way to do
this is simply to not say anything, to turn the other
way and Not Disclose the deep dark secrets the Realtors know.
If they disclose, they lose the sale.

Real Estate Recession

Real Estate is Hurting Real Estate Consumers.
I personally blame Realtor for the Current Real Estate Recession. Real Estate Prices have been out of control for quite some time. It is sad that even today as foreclosures rise and Sellers lose everything, Realtors still get 6%. The buyer walks away with nothing because their mortgage is higher than their home is worth. And the Realtor still gets the same paycheck, WHY?

The banks pay the realtors to sell their homes, that they now have because the Seller lost them.
This is Wrong.
Realtors caused this mess and continue to benefit from it.

The Real Estate System is REALLY broken and hurting consumers BADLY.

Buying a Home - Selling a Home

I can tell you visual secrets that really can save you a whole lot of stress and money. And though, there are naysayers I really can give you tips that could save your life. Your Realtor is NOT liable for the Structural Integrity of the Home you Buy.
Your Realtor will not provide you with in support after
Selling Your Home, they will simply walk away,
and say My Job here is Done.

Your Realtor NEEDS to know a whole lot more than they do. We are NOT taught anything that is really of important and protective use to the real estate consumer. Realtors and Your State Real Estate Commission or Board act like they are out there fighting for consumer protection, but I just don't see it. The Real Estate Consumer is Hurt Every Single day and there seems to be no recourse.

The Realtor's E and O insurance is to Protect the REALTOR from you.
The Realtors FORMS are to protect the Realtor, I mean Come ON,
a form that says basically all homes have
MOLD - deal with it - sign here - I am not responsible.
Realtors get paid the most from the Real Estate transaction
and they have the least liability. - Why ?

Consumers NEED to Know the Truth and STOP
the Real Estate Cartel from ruining their lives.
