It is Said That a Realtor Can Get you More Money. It is said that if a Real Estate Agent is not a Member of the National Association of Realtors that they do not have their high standards and simply will NOT do as good a job. This stuff is NOT true .... A real estate agent is either honest or not, either wants to do right by the consumer or not. Whether they are a not so exclusive "member" of the Association of Realtors or NOT is simply irrelevent. This magic "label" does not automatically instill honesty in someone.

They say Realtors abide by Ethics and that if they do not than the association fines them, repramands them or finds some way to STOP this behavior... NOT True... The Association of Realtors is "Self Governed" another words NO ONE is Watching, looking, listening, auditing or Really Even cares what they are up to. There will be people who say they do audit, they do care, and claims that Realtors are held to a higher standard. All of this is Propaganda to Make You, the Real Estate Consumer think that you need a Realtor to Sell your home. However, in the Real World of Real Estate, and as a Real Estate Broker Own - I can Certainly Tell you that the Truth is NO one Cares what happens to the Real Estate Consumer and No One can Really Protect you. There is NO real estate insurance to protect the real estate consumer and Realtors are simply NOT trained in what you the real estate consumer NEED them to know.
