Independent Commission Setting ?

We are supposed to say we price our services independently.If you believe that, I have a bridge I will sell you.I tried to lower my commissions in the very beginning to assist the consumer. I tried to give my buyers Cash back in my sellers a cheaper commission. But all the other Local Realtors went against me, boycotted my listings, told people bad things about my listings and bad things about me.



They basically turned consumers and clients against me. I still did quite well with real estate, however, without any consumer protection in the real estate industry. I find that if you don't want to actively participate in hurting consumers and there is no way for me to protect them or make them whole when a Realtor lies so bad that they lose everything, that you cannot really continue to make a living at real estate.

You must resign yourself to looking the other way or you will never make it as a Realtor.I want to Protect YOU, the Real Estate Consumer. I have always wanted that and strived for that. Yet within the Realtors Cartel I found it really impossible.

I continue to try and protect the Real Estate Consumer even though I am not a Member of the National Association Of Realtors ANY more.I won't go away quietly.

I will EXPOSE the Realtors Conspiracy, Price Fixing, Lies, Misinformation, Bogus Codes of Ethics and SEVERE lack of consumer protection.I could simply quit real estate and say this is not for me and get into another line of work.


But I am not that kind of gal. I will not walk away from the real estate industry.I got my broker owner's license very fast. I got this license after one year of being a Sales Agent. And I won't walk away as if I was not a success.

I was a success, and I still am a success. But I want you to know, sincerely, and with the highest of honesty and integrity that you are not protected by the real estate industry and that the federal government, the local government, the local MLS, the National Association of Realtors, Appraisers, Surveyors and the tax man CANNOT protect you.

Realtors Absolutely DO Violate Anti-Trust Laws
Every Single Day.. Just Because the National Association of Realtor
says that Realtors Do NOT Violate Anti-Trust Laws and say
that All Realtors aspire to a level of cooperation and not Collution
Does Not Make it True..
When the Armies of Realtors wrote in to the Department
of Justice to Defend the National Association of Realtors stance
on the supposed fact that they are Not in Collusion, Conspiracy
or acting in a way that is All the Same - to justify the spirit of competition an differences among Realtors these letters, so funny, ODDLY, but True
We a Form Letter, ALL the Same Letter signed by Different Realtors...
Too Funny... Conspiracy - I Think So
Collusion - I think SO...

None of these folks are looking out for the real estate consumer.
And I want to help you to be able to look out for you.
