"Silent Fraud"

Another Reason of Why in the world Use a Member of the National Association of Realtors in order to close your real estate transaction. Realtors have something they call "Silent Fraud". Some State Laws actually " Do NOT Require a Realtor to Disclose Defects know to them to a perspective purchaser".

This article even talks about a Township, where the Seller apparently had NO DUTY

to tell a potential buyer that the home they were buying had been deemed uninhabitable by the Township. Then the Court of Appeals reversed the decision and said that it was a latent defect.

The Real Estate Industry is a MESS and Realtors are at the Top of the Heap.

So apparently there is laws on the books that really say a Realtor can pretty much Cheat a Real Estate Consumer Legally, No Problem.

Which seems Fine to me, I mean the State of My Primary License has Laws on the Books that say flat out that a Realtor must disclose known problems, Adverse Material Facts. But the Realtor Does Not Disclose and is Not Made to Pay, Why?

If the Realtor Does not really believe it is an Adverse Material Fact,

So that Elephant in the Room Really is not there.

Realtors MUST avoid "misrepresentation", The Way to do
this is simply to not say anything, to turn the other
way and Not Disclose the deep dark secrets the Realtors know.

If they disclose, they lose the sale.

"Silent Fraud" is the Only way to Make a Living
as a member of the National Association of Realtors.
