Another Reason of Why in the world Use a Member of the National Association of Realtors in order to close your real estate transaction. Realtors have something they call "Silent Fraud". Some State Laws actually " Do NOT Require a Realtor to Disclose Defects know to them to a perspective purchaser".

Which seems Fine to me, I mean the State of My Primary License has Laws on the Books that say flat out that a Realtor must disclose known problems, Adverse Material Facts. But the Realtor Does Not Disclose and is Not Made to Pay, Why?

So that Elephant in the Room Really is not there.
