Real Estate is FOUND online first most of the time now at the end of 2008, there is no reason to sit downtown in an office and wait for a mysterious buyer to walk in. the Realtor, Real Estate Franchise Wants you to think that YOUR agent has to be in an office on the Beaten Path, that way you will be sure and use a Realtor. If your Realtor Does NOT get Internet Marketing then YOU have a Problem, but if your Realtor has a Home Office that is BETTER for you the Real Estate Consumer, this means they are actually working for you.
