They Even Have accreditations and classes on Sale, the point ALWAYS being to MAKE the National Association of Realtors Richer, and to somehow make them seem relevant by Smoke and Mirrors to give the Illusion to the Real Estate Consumer that they Really Need a Realtor in their Real Estate Transaction when they do not. These supposed higher educations within the REALTOR systems are Bogus -are FLAT Out Lies... they should teach us contract law - and more about how to REALLY protect the real estate consumer, but Wait, THAT is Not and never has been the Point.
Why NOT spend the Time and Money to Make E and O Insurance Protect Consumers and NOT the Realtor who Lie to Them? Why NOT spend all that money wasted on classes that MEAN nothing changing the laws to make REALTORS have to know more about what they are doing BEFORE they are licensed. ONE week and off they go - writing contracts - giving you financial advise and wearing so many hats of the real estate transaction that they, as Realtors are not qualified to be wearing. The Real Estate Consumer assumes that the Realtor knows what they are doing, that they are the "Expert" it is simply Not True.
We are NOT taught how to Really Protect you, NOT taught how to Really Market you and Realtors are NOT held accountable for Ethics and supposed Higher Standards of Practice that they Violate daily... Flat Out Proven Lies that Hurt Real Estate Consumers and NOT held accountable.
There is NO measures in place for quality control over the MLS data that is put into the computer, I mean C'mon what possible motive would a Realtor have to lie - mislead - purposely enter the WRONG Sold Data, and surely the Appraiser will know the difference between a True SOLD Price and a False Sold Price, Right?
Realtors, Real Estate Agents SHOULD be taught more then how to
take a Real Estate Test and Pass. Consumers Expect the Realtor to Know More.
