Why Does NAR get to have any kind of say about ANY Housing Stimulus ? They are an Association, they are supposedly Voluntary, why not State Real Estate Commissions and Consumers .. why this Giant Cartel working with Legislation to "Help" when in the Real World of Real Estate the Realtors, NAR and the Local Association Does Not Do anything that is Real or Actually Means Something to Help the Real Estate Consumer.
NAR is to tied to Apollo Management - Legislation - RESPA - HUD - FHA.. I mean NAR should NOT be involved in supposed "reform" THEY are the Problem.

Gang up on the Real Estate Consumer, Uniting Realtors SHOULD not be the Goal - the Goal SHOULD be to address the Mess the Realtors have Got the Real Estate Consumers into in the First Place.

You, the Real Estate Consumer SHOULD not care what opinion that the National Association of Realtors has about Fannie and Freddie, nor what advice they, in all their wisdom have for these companies or for the Government. The Concern SHOULD be why they think they have the right to Give an Opinion on Fannie and Freddie anyway, I Guarantee YOU that REALTORS are A Major Part of the Problem that Fannie and Freddie Suffered, and are in NO way really interested in What is Best for the Real Estate Consumer.
