Where Does Your Realtors, NAR member look for Real Estate options for the Buyer to Buy Real Estate for the Buyer.. the MLS ? ONLY

Is it Really TRUE that Realtors, Member of NAR only look in the MLS for Real Estate for Sale or On their Franchise Website.


In the last week I have had several agents tell me that they look ONLY in those 2 places.

Now if a Real Estate Agents is to be VERY knowledgeable of Real Estate for Sale in Places such as Eureka Montana for Example that had better learn how to Google, to search for Eureka Real Estate for Sale on the Internet and NOT the MLS.

A buyer Does not automatically Know NMAR.com (or Your Local REATOR MLS association )they search for what they want and they Don’t Find your REALTOR…Sellers, REALTORS are misleading YOU.... BUYERS are Not Looking in Magazines for your Real Estate, Buyers are Not looking on Franchise Websites unlesss they just happen to find them, and buyers are NOT searching the MLS first unless they know the area and a REALTOR tells them to.

If your Looking for Eureka Montana Waterfront Real Estate, For Example, What will you type into the search engines.. will it be Century 21, will it be Coldwell Banker, will it be NMAR or will it Obviously be "Eureka Montana Waterfront Real Estate" Makes Sense to Me.. What Would You Do?

Who Gets to Choose for You? Once you Sign a Listing with a Realtor you Lose Choice and Options and they convince what is best - I mean afterall they did go to school for that one week, surely they Get How to Market your Real Estate where the Buyers are Really Looking and surely if a Buyer walks in - calls - or email they will look for ALL possibly options even if they have to scour craigslist and those dreaded "other websites" who DO GET targeted internet Marketing.

So if Your a Buyer looking for Real Estate and Want to Look at ALL possible options that may suit you and your families NEEDS than I reccommend that you NEVER use a REALTOR - they admit that they only look at the MLS database and the Franchise Website (another words what is fed to them).

How can this possible be in your best interest when that perfect property may just be around the Corner for Less Money - Better Quality and Your Dream property but you wil lnever know because it is a FSBO or marketing by and Internet Marketing Brokerage that is NOT part of the Exclusive members only REALTOR club.

Makes Sense to Me. .... Buyers you deserve to Know about ALL options available to you and not just what is in the REALTOR database.... DO not Use a Buyers Agent.. no Way... no How..

I can tell you without a Doubt that if you go to Realtor.com , a local real estate franchise website or a local MLS (Realtor Association) you WIll NOT find NEAR of what is for sale in my target real estate market... I Guarantee it.. Yet that is where YOUR Realtor is looking for your "perfect" property for you to consider buying.
