Sites such as RealtyTime - My Opinion

Is there Good Advice on Websites Such as RealtyTimes, RealEstateAbc, and really ANY websites that has real estate articles in the name of educating You, the real estate consumer desperately seeking REAL information about your real estate transaction.

Well Folks, Remember somebody is making money off of you being there and reading these websites with this information.

The idea is to make up some real estate related article, maybe get agents to write them to get NOTICED and then to have all of this supposedly valuable consumer information on the website in effort to help you the real estate consumer.

Is this Information Truly Beneficial to the real estate consumer, well the thing is, YES there is value there but you cannot trust all the information because these agents believe what Corporate convinces them to believe and the information is based on the basic Non Fact that you Need a Realtor to Sell your Home. Home Staging, Home Inspections, Curb Appeal and yada yada...

Articles are basically Opinion, Fluff, Filler, Tidbits of Nothingness… meaning Can you really use this information to Make More Money on your Transaction, Get a Better Deal When Buying, insure that your family is safe – financially – physically, Know what to REALLY look for when buying, tell if a REALTOR is lying, protect yourself from Seller’s lies or buyer’s lies, look for Latent Defects, understand ANY points of law that may be beneficial ? No – it is mostly all just words put together to sell ad space, and get your Eyes to The Page through the search engines to make the advertisers pay more.

I am NOT saying that there isn’t Valuable information on this sites, I am simply saying that for the kinds of financial trouble, health concerns and life safety issues I have seen clients get into over the years – there is NO real information on these sites to Really Keep you OUT of the trouble or harm that can really happen in your real estate transaction.

They are their for Fluff and Filler and Would NOT dare tell you anything really nasty about what is really going on in the real world of your Real Estate Transaction. Or they would answer to Corporate...
