Folks, NO Way, ... there really is no use. All we do is sit there. If you ask a question we direct it to the closing agent and if there is something that you need to ask a Realtor - it would happen before the closing table. There are numbers, information, SSN and private financial information that REALTOR from either side should not be privy to. Think about it.. any real estate closing that you have ever had, was the Realtors really needed there - did they really provide anything but moral support which is best done by family or a friend.
