Realtors DO NOT market you on the internet in a way that really helps Buyers find Sellers, Realtors follow the leader -- NAR and Corporate

There seems to be no Sign of local Realtors waking up and by local I don't just mean my town but your town as well. I mean Realtors thinking that you NEED to be on Realtor.com is Hurting you.. in this market it is NOT working and you are Lowering Your price over and over believing the Realtor when they tell you that this is what you need to do. Think about it, if you cannot find the real estate for sale - then how can you buy it.....
