NAR approves Spending for Legal Fights

Directors for the National Association of Realtors have approved contributions of up to $100,000 for legal costs incurred by privately owned and Realtor-affiliated multiple listing services in South Carolina in response to U.S. Justice Department antitrust complaints.
That spending was approved, along with an additional $208,000, to support Realtors in a variety of legal battles across the country. The Justice Department in May announced a lawsuit against Consolidated MLS in Columbia, S.C., which is a broker-operated MLS.

NAR Spends Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars per Association or Region, the spend this on Legal Battles to Make sure that the Real Estate Consumer Has NO Rights after the Realtor convinces them to Sign on the dotted line.

Be Scared Very Scared.. The National Association of Realtor is VERY powerful and they have Billions of Dollars and Consumer Protection is NOT on the Agenda. I have seen people's lives ripped apart by the Lies that Realtors tell and the Association ~ The Real Estate Cartel known as NAR - the National Association of Realtors ~ well they do NOTHING to enforce the so Called Ethics they brag about Realtor upholding in order to Protect the Consumer. The association does not stand up for the consumer. the Realtors carry E and O insurance in which Protects them from you, the Real Estate Consumer. I QUIT the NAR because of what they do to you. Sell your Home without a Realtor and YOU Win !!!
