Read ALL Your Paperwork BEFORE you Sign.

You can be distracted into signing papers that you don't mean to sign. NOT to say that you are not smart or paying attention. However, you would be surprised at how many REALTORS can make you think that they know more then they do, you feel confident and you Sign based on what the Realtor says that the paperwork says. Oftentimes the REALTOR themselves do not REALLY know what your signing or how it will affect the rest of your life.

You see the REALTOR, the NAR member is protected in the Real Estate Transaction and YOU the real estate consumer are NOT, even if you the Real Estate Consumer are a REALTOR. The E and O insurance of the Realtor enables them to Lie, mislead and have plenty of protection in the Process.

So many of my real estate consumers don't want to read what they sign, they just ask me what it says and trust what I, the Ex-Realtors says to them. YOU need to READ and understand what you are signing. Remember Real Estate FORMS are meant to Protect REALTORS, member of the National Association of Realtors and they are NOT meant to protect you the Real Estate Consumer.
