a Different Kind of distressed Seller. The Realtor Does not Get Internet Marketing, they keep getting you to lower your price saying there are not enough buyers. They may even deliberate mislead buyers or other Realtors about the property by saying it has an offer, to detract their interest so they can Keep Driving your Price down and then they will magically at some point have a buyer - this person may buy and flip and the Realtor wins - this person may be a close friend or relative of the Realtor or even the Realtor themselves. The Seller gets desperate after months to years and will take what ever life saving offer the Realtor brings.. this is Not right and is a different kind of distressed Seller created by the Direct Actions of the Realtor.
