So many Ads to Become a Realtor. Go to Real Estate School and Get all Kinds of Letter from Local Realtor, Real Estate Franchise. When I was in Real Estate School the local real estate companies put on a barbeque and set up booths the last day of real estate school to "recruit" real estate newbies to their company. There is a HIGH turn over of Realtors and the owners, the franchise continues to make money. They need warm bodies to keep brining in friends and family to buy and sell. Become a Realtor...
