Sellers Paying for Advertising

NEVER pay for your Realtor to Advertise your Real Estate For Sale. They USE your Money to get them clients and customers that give them business long after your gone.

There is no guarantee that they will sell your real estate yet they MAKE the Seller pay HUGE marketing fees to make them look good, WHY? and with this Outrageous and Fraudulant FEE they do not effectively market your real estate on websites that may actually get you found where your buyers are REALLY looking for you, which is on the Internet.

Imagine what you, Seller, could do with Marketing fees over $5000 dollars. The Realtors convince the Sellers that this is the best way for them to Sell and the Sellers Believe. But really - the Realtors are the only ones that benefit. They get people calling, they get potential clients and all on your dime. You pay for advertising and it makes them look good. Whether the advertising actually works or not is simply irrelevant to the Realtor, as long as they convince the Seller to pay for this advertising.

Oftentimes a Realtor will have a buyer ready to go, but go ahead and talk the seller into paying for advertising and get this going, that way they can say oh.. I Sold that .. and the advertising will make them look like they have it going on, they are good at what they do and THEY Sold it too... WoW..

When you List with a Realtor, you don't pay until they sell, and their pay comes from the Proceed. In my opinion, Realtors do NOT do enough to get PAID the kind of money they do. And to ADD insult to injury they MAKE a Seller pay a Ridiculous, UnEthical, and Unfair Marketing Fee in which the SELLER must pay regardless if ANY service was actually performed, and the Real Estate Company, on Top of This has the Nerve to put themselves as the contact in this advertising that they convince the Seller to Pay.

If the Seller had used this money to Market their own property and Get calls directed to them, imagine what they could do. Realtors make you think that what they do is some big mystery. It is NOT. You Put the Add Out, FSBO - you get the calls - you have the title company close the deal and there you go, SOLD and without succumbing to the lies and unethical practices of the REALTOR.
