I am, the whistleblower for the real estate industry. And my goal is to protect you the buyers and sellers from what is happening to you. I do not intend to make this blog about hating realtors, hating mortgage brokers were some of the things I see on the Internet. This is not about hate this is about what happens. And this is about solutions. This blog does advocate you not using a realtor for any reason. Because, having been a realtor broker owner, and now being a real estate broker owner I can safely say that there is not one reason you need to use a realtor for your real estate transaction.
It has always been my feeling that
sellers sell real estate,
buyers buy real estate,
banks and credit unions lend money on real estate,
title companies close real estate transactions.
And Realtors and Mortgage Brokers
just get in the way.
